These one or two week retreats are suited for individuals, couples and family members seeking closer relationships and a jump-start on their recovery. During your stay, you will meet with Tami one on one and complete:

  • DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) concepts such as stress management, and relationship and communication building skills.
  • A treatment plan that covers: spiritual, physical, emotional, relationships and education arenas.
  • Education on what to expect in recovery.
  • Re-connecting with your true self, goals and dreams for the future.

WoodlandsWaterwayIn between sessions, you may enjoy local upscale shopping, restaurants, night life and world-class golf courses and concerts. If you wish to travel into Houston (one hour away), you will find the theatre and major league sports events.

Tami understands very well how one gets better and what a recovered life looks like. She is fully recovered and understands living with this illness - both from the vantage point of the person who has it, and the person who interacts with them.

The retreat costs are $2000 for one week or $4000 for two weeks for up to two people and includes all pre-work. These costs do not include travel, lodging or meal expenses.

If you would like an introductory coaching call with Tami to determine if this would meet your needs, the cost of the call will be applied to your retreat cost.  Schedule and intro call with Tami, or for more information, please call us at 832-297-7231 or email us at: Kimberly@borderlinepersonalitysupport.com

"I find Tami an engaging and most interesting woman. Her competency is evident and she is the kind of person we with mental illness can look up to and emulate. Tami has one of the finest personalities I know, and I have traveled the country for many years and met thousands of individuals. Tami stacks up as one of the finest."
